Day 2
Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3
Darjeeling – Kalimpong (57 kms / 2 ½ hrs) Sightseeing
After Breakfast transfer to Kalimpong (3,950 ft.). On arrival Check-in to your hotel. Afternoon enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong Visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills & Pine View Nursery. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 4
Kalimpong – Gangtok (75 kms / 3 hrs) Local Sightseeing
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for a half day city tour visiting Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 3-4 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city.Overnight stay at Gangtok.
(In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)

Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (120 kms / 5 hrs)
After breakfast Check-out from hotel in time and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.

- Nathula Pass permits are subject to Clearance and permission by the department of Tourism State of Sikkim, police department government of Sikkim and the Indian Army. This permit is not guaranteed, we will apply for the permit and do all needful to try and obtain the same. You will be required to pay the above cost only if the permit is issued. We do not guarantee to obtain the permit in any manner whatsoever. Nathula Gate to Nathula Pass (Distance of 4 Kilometers only) travel may be on SIC basis (seat in coach, i.e. you may be sharing vehicle/s with other guests) kindly note, if you do not agree to this, permits may not be applied for / approved.

- 4. Night Halt Lodging Charges- pay Rs.200 Additional per night as night halt lodging charge.
- 5. Luggage allowed is 60Kgs on Head Load Per Big Vehicle (Tata Sumo / Mahindra Maxx / INNOVA/ Xylo / Scorpio / Tavera) and 30Kgs Per Small Vehicle (Tata Indica / Wagon R / Alto / Similar) (As per Govt. Norms) Please travel with light baggage not exceeding maximum weight per vehicle.
- 6. In case of luggage over limit you will need to hire extra vehicles for luggage at your own expenses.
- 7. It is mandatory for all adults to carry original ID proof (Driving License or Passport or other Govt of India ID proof) or Valid Passport with VISA & ILP.
- 8. Carry very heavy woolens and hot bags as you may experience very low temperatures.
- 9. Vehicle charges do not include Parking charges. Kindly pay the same as and when necessary.
- 10. Vehicle cannot be used as local taxi for in town movement. Town area access is generally walked or local (Small Vehicles) marked Local Taxi can be used.
- 11. Vehicles provided are point to point or as per specified itinerary, General Vehicle Usage timing is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or Up to point of destination, whichever later. Extra usage charges are Rs.200 Per Hour / Rs.20 Per Km, whichever higher for Luxury Category vehicle ( Toyota INNOVA/ Xylo / Scorpio / Tavera) and Rs.150 Per Hour / Rs.15 Per Km whichever Higher (Other Vehicles).
- 12. Certain points like Nathula, Zero Point, Gurudongmar etc may be closed due to road conditions / heavy snow / other reasons. These conditions are considered force mejure and we have no control over that, and no refunds and deductions can be claimed under such circumstances, which please note.
- 13. In case of any route diversion due to any kind of force mejure, extra charges may apply that will be needed to be paid by the customer directly to driver.
- 14. It is mandatory to fill-up and sign trip sheets at the point of embarkation and duly completed and signed during disembarkation on a daily basis.
- 15. Payments as required are mentioned in your itinerary, Kindly pay the day’s amount on embarkation. If not pre-mentioned, pay as requested by the chauffeur.
- 16. Please note as per the Government Rule, capacity of Tata Sumo / Mahindra Maxx is 10 & in INNOVA/ Xylo / Scorpio / Tavera only 06 heads are allowed that is including child (Above 5 Yrs age). In-case the number of heads travelling increases above 10 in a Tata Sumo / Maxx & 06 in an Innova/ Xylo / Scorpio / Tavera than the guest will have to opt for a 2nd (second) vehicle.
- 17. Vehicles may change from time to time due to local syndicate norms and government rules kindly contact your trip adviser for any information.
Cancellation Policy
- If package Cancellation is made any day before 30 days prior to departure 20% or 15000 per will be charged which ever is higher
- If package Cancellation is made 29-15 Days prior to departure date 50% of the package cost shall be deducted
- If package cancellation iis made 14-7 Days prior to depature date 75% of the package cost shall be deducted
