  • Day 1
    Arrival Srinagar

    On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum river. Visit the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Later drive for an hour of Shikara ride in the lake. Dinner and Overnight in hotel / houseboats

  • Day 2
    Srinagar to Gulmarg (56 kilometers / 2-3 hrs drive)

    After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in at the hotel. Later, begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway). Descend back to Gulmarg after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding. Stay overnight at hotel in Gulmarg.

  • Day 3
    Gulmarg to Pahalgam (152 kilometers / 4-5 hrs drive)

    After breakfast, we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. In Pahalgam, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam. (Pahalgam sightseeing by union vehicle on additional cost )

  • Day 4
    Local sightseeing in Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar (97 kilometers / 3-4 hrs drive)

    In Pahalgam, visit  Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows. After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day, we will drive back to Srinagar and transfer to the hotel/ houseboat for overnight stay.

  • Day 5
    Departure transfer to Airport

    After your breakfast, we will assist you with transfers to airport. However, on your way, you can make a brief stopover for shopping at the city center.

Flight
  1. No Hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft at Srinagar Airport due to security reasons. Only jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.Guest need to reach prior 03 to 04 hrs to the departure due to strict security check in.
  2. Hand Baggages are not allowed in Srinagar and Jammu in Flights.
  3. No Hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft (Srinagar Airport) due to security reasons. Only jewelry and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage
  4. Guest needs to reach the airport 03 to 04 hrs prior to departure due to security check in

Tours and Transfers
  1. Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
  2. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicableon the basis of changes done (to be bourne by the customer)(Vehicle operational timings 08:30 AM to 07:30 PM).
  3. Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities.
  4. Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
  5. Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  6. Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
  7. Sightseeing option such as Pony Ride at Pahalgam, Gulmarg Gondola Ride, visit to Aru & Chandanwari, and SonamargTrip to Thajiwas Glacier in Sonamarg, Sonmarg Zero Point are chargeable extra and not included in the package by default.
  8. All Gardens’ entrance fee starts from Rs 20 To 70 per pax per garden (to be paid directly by the guest on his visit).
  9. Shikara ride can accommodate a maximum of 04 pax per boat.
  10. Shankara Acharya temple timings are 07:00 AM To 05:00 PM.
  11. Cameras & Mobiles are not allowed inside most Temples, it is advisable not to carry the same during temple visit
General
  1. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  2. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  3. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
Flight
  1. If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.
Hotel
  1. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).


  • We are holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
  • You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible / liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.
  • If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same.
  • We cannot be held responsible / liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.


  • Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
  • There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
  • Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
  • We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • In case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.
  • If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
  • Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.
  • If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us in writing to sales@holidayworldwide.in. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies.

Payment Policy-Offline Booking

  • Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
  • Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
  • Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date

Cancellation Policy

  • 10% of full tour cost - 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% of full tour cost - between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
  • 75% of full tour cost - between 14 & 7 days prior to tour
  • 100% - within 7 days prior to tour.
